Return Policy
At Arden Design House, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@ardendesignhouse.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or bespoke orders
- Sale items (unless faulty)
- Gift cards
